When you join GOK, we don't just give you tasks - we give you the tools, training, and support to make a genuine, lasting impact.
Every new volunteer goes through a comprehensive orientation covering our mission, values, safeguarding policies, and your specific role.
Regular training sessions on teaching methods, mentoring practice, digital tools, and communication skills.
You'll have a volunteer coordinator who checks in regularly, answers questions, and makes sure you feel supported at all times.
You'll receive certificates, references, and public recognition for your commitment and the hours you've contributed.
