The Gift of Knowledge Foundation has published its Annual Transparency Report for the 2025 fiscal year, reaffirming our commitment to full accountability and open governance.
The 2025 report provides a comprehensive overview of the Foundation's financial management, programme delivery outcomes, and institutional governance activities throughout the year. Key highlights include:
Financial stewardship: 87% of all funds received were allocated directly to programme delivery and student support. Administrative costs were held below 10%, and the remaining 3% was directed to infrastructure development.
Programme outcomes: The GOK Academy enrolled 140 new students in the Third Cohort, with an overall completion rate of 91%. Graduate satisfaction surveys recorded a 4.7 out of 5.0 average rating.
Governance: The Board of Directors convened quarterly sessions throughout the year, with full attendance records and documented resolutions published in the report. The Academic Council completed two curriculum review cycles.
The report was prepared in accordance with our institutional transparency standards and has been reviewed by an independent auditor. It is available for public access on request.
The Foundation believes that rigorous accountability is not an administrative burden but a core institutional value. Every donor, partner, and community member deserves to know how resources are managed and what outcomes they produce.
