Our impact assessment framework operates at three levels:
Individual outcomes: We track each student's academic progress, skills development, and post-graduation trajectory. This includes completion rates, assessment scores, employment or further education outcomes, and self-reported confidence levels.
Community outcomes: We measure the broader effects of our programmes on the communities we serve. Indicators include local employment rates among graduates, community engagement levels, and the multiplier effect of education - when graduates pass on knowledge to family and community members.
Institutional outcomes: We evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of our own operations. This includes student-to-faculty ratios, programme delivery costs per student, partner satisfaction, and governance compliance metrics.
Data is collected through structured surveys, faculty assessments, partner reports, and follow-up interviews with graduates conducted at six-month and twelve-month intervals after completion.
All findings are compiled in our annual reports and shared transparently with donors, partners, and the public. We believe that honest assessment - including acknowledging areas for improvement - is essential to institutional integrity.
Our current data shows: a 91% programme completion rate, an 88% graduate employment or self-employment rate within 12 months, and a 4.7/5.0 student satisfaction score across all programmes.
These numbers represent real people whose lives have been changed through access to quality, free education.
